When you use Tubr, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
• Usage Data: Videos created, scripts generated, features used, and session activity.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card numbers.
• Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access timestamps.
• Content Data: Topics, scripts, and video metadata you generate using our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Tubr platform.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, invoices, alerts).
• To personalize AI-generated content based on your preferences.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. Access to production data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Third-Party Services

Tubr integrates with the following third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude: AI script and title generation. Your topics are sent to Claude API.
• Razorpay: Payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: Authentication and database. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect platform functionality.

6. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability: Export your content data in a machine-readable format.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

Tubr is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you by email or an in-app notice when significant changes are made. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
