1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tubr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Tubr is an AI-powered YouTube automation platform that helps users create scripts, generate video content ideas, and automate YouTube channel management. Features include:

  • AI script generation using Claude (Anthropic)
  • SEO-optimized title and description generation
  • Multi-language content (Hindi, English, Hinglish)
  • Video scheduling and channel management tools

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
  • Downgrading your plan takes effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Tubr to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates YouTube's Community Guidelines.
  • Create spam, misleading, or clickbait content designed to deceive viewers.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its AI outputs for competitive purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated scripts are provided as-is and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and fact-checking all AI-generated content before publishing.
  • Tubr does not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or copyright status of generated content.
  • Content generated on our platform is owned by you, subject to the limitations in these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tubr platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by Tubr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

Scripts and titles you generate using our platform belong to you. By using the platform, you grant Tubr a limited license to use anonymized content data to improve our AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tubr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements or achieve specific YouTube results.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
